If you are a current tenant with an emergency repair issue please make sure that you call our office on 0151 644 6974 (option 4) ensuring that you leave a voicemail detailing your name, address and repair issue, we will endeavour to call you back as soon as practically possible. If your emergency occurs outside of our normal office opening hours we will make your emergency our priority as soon as the office re-opens.
