About Us

Our History

The company was established in 1996 when landlords Carl Hulme and Derek Charlton began purchasing their own property portfolio which now includes residential buy to lets, property in Antigua, and a serviced office complex in Ness.  The company is run by landlords, for landlords and the business continues to grow from strength to strength.  Staff are ARLA trained and have vast experience in the residential property market on the Wirral, Cheshire, and Merseyside.

We are an independent Letting Agency which allows us greater flexibility to cater for tenants and landlord’s individual needs.

We frequently achieve 100% occupancy rates which is testament to the staff’s ability to maintain strong customer relationships with both landlords and tenants, further backed up by our excellent Google Reviews.
